Free membership to the Property Millionaires Club (PMC) is open to all Property Club members. Any member who has purchased through the Club can apply once they have reached a certain amount of debt or equity.

Memberships Available & Benefits

Silver Membership

Own properties with a total value of at least $1m (or $500k equity), including at least 1 Club property

Gold Membership

Own properties with a total value of at least $2m, including at least 2 Club properties

Gold Plus Membership

Own properties with a total value of at least $3m, including at least 3 Club properties

Diamond Membership

Own properties with a total value of at least $5m, including at least 5 Club properties

Platinum Membership

Own properties with a total value of at least $10m, including at least 10 Club properties
